ACY Live is a reputable cultural and entertainment company based in Australia established by industry veterans. The company’s founders have been instrumental in organizing and sponsoring concerts featuring prominent Asian artists such as Jay Chou, Jacky Cheung, Jane Zhang, and Karen Mok, as well as the planning and execution of Chinese movie premieres for films like Home Coming, My Motherland and I and City of Rock in Australia.
ACY Live has a history of collaborating with various organizations such as the New South Wales Health Department, the Chinese Consulate General in Sydney, the Salvation Army New South Wales, Georges River Council and the Shenzhen Economic and Trade Office in Australia for community and commercial events.
The team has organised a diverse range of events such as the China-Australia Future Forum series, The Golden Wattle Awards, the Australia-China Innovation and Entrepreneurship Forum, The 2022 Chinese Women’s Basketball Team World Cup Celebration in Sydney, the 120th Anniversary Celebration of the Salvation Army Hurstville Branch ACUBAF Charity Gala, Shenzhen Innovation & Entrepreneurship International Competition Australia Division, The 50th Anniversary Celebration of the China-Australia Diplomatic Relations, The Hanfu Ambassador series and the Shenzhen Global Investment Promotion Conference Sydney Session.
Going forward, ACY Live plans to continue our expansion in commercial and entertainment events, exhibitions, sporting events and cultural exchange activities. Our goal is to promote cultural exchange and strengthen the relationship between Australia and China by showcasing the unique and rich heritage of both nations.

Momo Zhang
Momo is the Co-founder and Managing Director of ACY Live. With over 10 years of experience in the event management industry, Momo’s creativity as well as her attention to detail has become renowned in the industry, making her one of the most sought-after event managers on the market.
Before joining ACY Live, Momo co-founded and led the award-winning, industry pioneering company Wondercity Entertainment in 2018. The company took the event industry by storm and quickly became one of the most successful event agencies in Australia.
Momo has developed a passion for different cultures and its people. She currently plays several major roles in multiple commercial groups and associations and has built a solid network of business owners and company executives.
Tim Zhang
Tim is the Co-founder and General Manager of ACY Live. Working in the event management industry since 2015, Tim has worked across all aspects of the event management and production process. Tim has a big focus on technical/production management, sponsorship, design, content creation, marketing and event promotion.
With over 400 events under his belt over the course of his career, he’s worked with a range of respected companies including ACY Group, Greenland Australia, Shenzhen Economic and Trade Office, Australia Chinese United Business Association Federation and the Salvation army.
Tim has worked with the majority of venues across Australia as the Co-founder of Wondercity Entertainment. His professional network spans across every aspects of event operations with an extensive list of contacts including some of Australia’s best talent and producers.
Jimmy Ye
Jimmy is a progressive and transformative fintech entrepreneur and business leader with a deep understanding and passion for the financial markets, financial services industry and technology. He is a seasoned leader with a flair to innovate and rethink the status quo.
Jimmy’s vision is to create technologies that enhance user experiences, allow businesses to grow and provide end users a product they love to use. With a degree in Economics & Finance from Australia’s prestigious Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology (RMIT) and a background in Australian financial services that spans over 10 years, including serving as Responsible Manager for AFSL companies.
Winson Cao
Winson has over 14 years of experience in the financial services industry. He holds a Bachelor Degree in Computer Science and a Master’s Degree in Marketing from the University of Queensland.
Winson started his professional career in 2004 where he held management positions for several large corporations across Telecommunication and Energy sector prior to working in the financial services industry.
After working for one of the leading CFD brokers for 6 years, Winson founded ACY with his business partner Jimmy Ye in 2013. Winson is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the group business. Overseeing the sales, finance, legal, and compliance function of the group of companies.
